Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Most of the products on our website are made to order, so processing time can vary. After placing your order, it typically takes 4-8 business days for production. However, during peak times or for special orders, this may take longer. If your order is part of a pre-order, please allow 7-10 days after the pre-order closes for production before shipping.

Shipping Locations:
We partner with a print-on-demand fulfillment center that has facilities worldwide. The location from which your order ships depends on your delivery address and which facility can process the order most efficiently.

Order Confirmation & Tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive two emails:

  • An Order Confirmation email with details of your purchase.

  • A Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, which will include a tracking link to monitor your package.


Shipping Delays:
While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, postal carrier issues, or weather-related disruptions. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive.
If your order is delayed and hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email to verify your delivery address.

  • Contact your local post office or courier to ask about your package.

  • Check with your neighbors in case the package was left with them.

If your order is still missing after these checks, please reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll investigate further.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns:
As most items are printed on-demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for orders made in error out of our control, such as wrong size, style, or color selection. We strongly recommend double-checking your order details before confirming your purchase. However, if there are damaged or incorrect item/items with your order (e.g., misprints, color or size don't match order), we’re here to help!

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for any reason, including ordering the wrong size, color, or style. Since our products are made to order, we do not keep extra stock on hand.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item (e.g., misprints, holes,  color/size don't match order), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, include photos of the issue and your order number, and we will provide a solution. This could include sending you a replacement or issuing a refund.

Refunds:
Refunds are only available if you receive a product that is damaged or not as described (e.g., wrong item, misprint, or sizing error). To request a refund, please email us with clear photos of the damage or error within 7 days of receiving your order, along with your order number, and we will take care of it.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Change My Order:
We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to change the size, color, or style of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been printed yet (usually within 1 business day), we may be able to assist with changes. Once the order is in production, we are unable to make adjustments or offer refunds.

Canceling an Order:
If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before your order enters the production stage. Once the printing process has begun, we can no longer cancel the order.

 

Sizing & Fit:
We currently do not have a physical location where you can try on products. To ensure you order the right size, please refer to the size charts available on each product page. We recommend comparing the measurements to a similar item of clothing that you already own and like the fit of. If you have any questions about sizing or need additional help, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist!

Note: We do not offer size exchanges, so please make sure to check the size chart carefully before placing your order.
